KEMPIZO

Ad creative pilot

Enough ad variants to actually test.

You need more ad variants than you can make. Testing needs volume, and every extra variant costs a designer's afternoon. So you test three creatives instead of fifteen, and you never find out which angle actually works.

R10,000 Fixed, once off. No retainer, no lock-in, no notice period.
45 files Three concepts, five variants each, three formats per variant.
5 business days From the day I confirm I have everything I need.

What a pilot is

A batch of on-brand ad creative, built to your brand, delivered ready to upload.

Three concepts. Five variants of each. Three formats per variant. That is 45 files, each one a real export you can upload without touching it.

FormatSizeWhere it runs
Square1080 x 1080Instagram and Facebook feed
Story1080 x 1920Instagram and Facebook stories, Reels covers
Link1200 x 628Facebook link ads, display

Every variant carries a headline and a call to action. The five variants inside a concept change the angle, the wording and the layout, not just the colour.

The work, not a mockup

Every batch this pipeline produces goes through the same three steps: render, vet, hand-pick. The stills below are Kempizo's own batch, made through the identical process, so what you see is the real output.

Sample ad still, square format: brief Monday, ads Thursday, one pilot batch, fixed scope, fixed price
Square, 1080 x 1080
Sample ad still, square format: machine speed, editor taste
Square, 1080 x 1080
Sample ad still, story format: brief Monday, ads Thursday
Story, 1080 x 1920

Sample work created for demonstration. The three stills here are Kempizo's own brand, not a client's, and nothing shown is affiliated with or commissioned by any brand that appears in it. The same holds anywhere I show a still built in someone else's colours: it's speculative work made to demonstrate the pipeline, never a piece that brand asked for.

I haven't run a pilot for a business in your line of work yet, and I'm not going to pretend I have numbers I don't have. What I can show you is exactly how the work looks and exactly what a batch contains.

What is included

  • One kickoff call, 30 minutes, to take your brand and your angles
  • Three concepts built from your brand: your colours, your type, your logo, your product
  • Five variants per concept, three formats each
  • One revision round after you have looked at the batch
  • A contact sheet so you can see all 45 at once and pick winners fast
  • Delivery to a shared folder, organised by concept and format
  • You own the output outright and can use it anywhere, forever

What is not included

Named plainly so there is no surprise later.

  • Ad account management. I do not run, buy or optimise your media. You upload and run.
  • Copywriting strategy. I write the headline and the call to action on the creative itself, from your angles. A full messaging strategy is separate work.
  • Motion and video. Not in this pilot. It's a separately priced line, so if motion matters to you, tell me and I'll come back to you with a number in the same follow-up as your pilot quote.
  • Photography or product shoots. I work from assets you already have.
  • Landing pages, funnels, email, CRM. Not this.
  • Any promise about results. I make the creative. What the market does with it is the market's call, and I'm not going to guess a number for you.

How it runs

1

Kickoff call, 30 minutes. You show me your brand and the angles you want tested.

2

You send your assets. I confirm within 1 business day that I have everything I need, and that confirmation starts the clock.

3

I build. You do nothing during this part.

4

You review the contact sheet and mark what you like.

5

One revision round on what you marked.

6

Final delivery to the shared folder.

Price

R10,000

The pilot, fixed, once off

No retainer, no lock-in, no notice period. If the batch is not useful, that is the end of it and nothing is owed after the pilot.

  • R15,000 a monthprovisional A standing batch, fresh every month. The number is set before your pilot has been measured, so it gets revisited after the first one and you hear it from me before anything is signed.
  • R500 a month To pause. Nothing is produced in a paused month, and you can restart whenever you want a batch again.

Neither one is a condition of the pilot.

The terms, before you ask

The four things a finance team wants in writing. They are the same for every pilot and they are settled before you are quoted, not improvised on the call.

Payment

50 percent up front, 50 percent on delivery.

That split is the default on the first three pilots, so R5,000 starts the work and R5,000 falls due when the final files land. You get a numbered invoice for each half, carrying the bank details, the account name and the reference to use. Payment is a normal EFT.

Turnaround

5 business days.

Clocked from the day I confirm I have everything I need, not from the day you pay. I send that confirmation within 1 business day of receiving your files, so you know exactly when the clock started and so do I.

Revisions

One round, and a guide rather than a cap.

Your pilot includes one revision round. As a guide, a round covers up to 15 files and lands within 3 days. If your notes run past that, I'll tell you before I start work, and I won't charge you for the overage on this project.

If none of it works

Half of what you have paid comes back.

If I deliver and none of the three concepts work for you, tell me within 7 days of delivery and I refund half of everything you have paid to that point. Full-resolution files are released after that 7 day window closes, so a refunded pilot ends with nothing changing hands.

If you would rather have your files sooner, I'll send you an acceptance request, and replying 'approved' releases the final files and ends the 7 day refund window.

Who you're dealing with

I'm Keegan, a video editor and filmmaker in Johannesburg. Kempizo is my own business, and I do the work myself. There's no team, no account manager, and nobody you get handed to. A real person. Me. I read every reply, and my name is on the work.

What happens to your money

Every invoice is numbered and carries the bank details, the account name and the reference to use, so your own banking app shows you exactly who you're paying before you authorise it. Payment is a normal EFT. Work starts once the deposit reflects.

R10,000 covers the whole pilot, split 50/50 across the deposit and the balance. There is no third invoice and no surprise line at the end.

What if it goes wrong

Before you pay anything, you get the scope in writing: what's in the batch, what isn't, and what I need from you. If what lands doesn't match that page, it's on me and I fix it. You're dealing with one person, so there's nobody for me to point at.

What I won't do is pretend. There are no testimonials on this page, no case studies and no results to quote, because I haven't run this for a client in your line of work yet. When there are real ones, they'll be here, and until then you're buying on what you can see rather than on a number I made up.

What I need from you

Next step

The pilot is R10,000, fixed, once off. Nothing is owed before you have said yes on a call and seen the scope in writing.
